Hi Arian, if I understood correctly, I believe the use of t-spline it's not necessary in that case. I identify the edge selected in a list, moving according to the normal vector parameter of the mesh and replace the edge points of the edge with the deconstructed mesh points to rebuild the mesh crease. I hope it helps.
There is also the possibility of using Mesh Subdivion Loop, developed by David Stasiuk, but I'm not seeing any more ways to replicate "crease" t-spline command in grasshopper : http://www.bespokegeometry.com/2015/01/29/mesh-subdivision-loop-and...
