algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have four points and I need to join them with lines so that the wires in grasshopper don't intersect ... Is there any elegant way of doing this? ... Thanks in advance ...

I need to join them with lines to create a Trapezoid.

I found a component called "merge" ... All points are now in this component ... how do I join the ones, that I want from "merge"?

Thanks for the help in advance

And then: Explode tree and the four points come out and are marked with a green colou in rhino

Not sure if this is what you want, I really couldn't see the definition. But just plug in your points.

what is the name of the component, that connects the points?

left click twice in grasshopper. Type line and find the one that says from two points. You have to manually input what points you would like to connect to what.

I just want to tell grasshopper:

hey grasshopper ... you have got 4 points ... connect them!!!!!!!!!

I want to connect them in this way:
