Making holes in a closed polysurface or how to filter out open curves.

Hello world,

As many of you out there I am another newbee at GH.

My problem:

I can't make some holes on a closed polysurface or least can't trim or split an open non-planar surface with some closed curves (from a circle packing pattern) projected onto it. I have tried several ways around, such as converting breps to meshes and trying to make a mesh difference among some others, but nothing seems to work, it rather seems that I'm missing something.

Attached is an image of the geometry involved and the definition file, inside of it there is a more detailed description of the problem, and the other solutions I've tried.
