Making a surface orientate according to a point in space

Hello.

 

I am trying to make a surface that can fix itself according to a moving point in space. Think of it as a solar panel following the sun. It's just a simple, triangular surface, but I don't know how to fix it to a point an make it follow it.

 

I was thinking about getting the normal of the surface and see if I could somehow join it to that point in space, but I don't know how to do it.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
