Make Field normalize at boundary edge

Hi All,

See the image below. I have a panel that has a straight border on all sides. I want to add several point charges to the field of points. But, regardless of the point charges, I want the points to always normalize (or remain in a straight line) at the border. Is this possible? I tried using a line charge for each border but didn't get the result I needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. See the attached sample file.

Damp the amplitude of the 'Move' vector on each point, depending on its proximity to an edge.
