Make a solid

Hi guys, I'm newbie and struggling to understand how to combine the surface and the brep. First, I create a box in Rhino and then in the Grasshopper I choose the top surface of it in order to modify it. In the Grasshopper I add a grid of points on the surface and move them using graph mapper. The thing is that Grasshopper creates new surface which is apart from the box, but I need it as the whole piece. Basically I need the box with modified surface. What should I do?

Should I join the surface and the box? How to do it then?

Or I can somehow modify the box surface?
