algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Is this your first time connecting an Arduino board on the Windows side? You may need (although I'm not completely sure as I don't have a mac) to install the drivers so that Windows knows what board is connected. You can find instructions on how to do this here: http://arduino.cc/en/Guide/Windows After you have installed the drivers, the board should show up under the Device Manager as a specific COM port (take note of the COM number is assigns... probably COM3 if it's the first time). Then you will be able to open the port in both the Arduino IDE and Firefly using this number. I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Andy
Thanks alot andy,worked perfectly
Hi Luke, I haven't tried with parallels, but BootCamp + Arduino/Firefly has worked fine for me both on iMac and Mac Mini (Windows XP and Windows 7). /Mårten
