Mac with parallels - Arduino Serial Port Greyed Out: Firefly Plug-in

Dear all,

I have been trying to use firefly for the first time but cannot get a serial port from the Arduino interface. Im using a Mac with parallels with windows 7 and cannot see the serial ports. How do I get past this?

I'm experiencing the same issue.  Have you found a solution?

I ended up getting it to work, but have since switched to running Rhino/Grasshopper in BootCamp which is less prone to problem.  Works fine there.
