Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello,

I am trying to create a parametric hexagonal grid on a twisted surface. (Basic geometry being twisted box) So far, I managed to create the surfaces and generate the hexagonal grid using Lunchbox plug in. However, the directions of the cells are not what I need. Ideally I need them to be turned 90 degrees, there is an option that changes the direction, but then the cells are skewed too much. See the attachment with the problem.

Also, I am attaching a picture of a model I did, showing what I want to create in GH

Is there any way I can control the cells direction via lunchbox plug in, or do I need to take another approach towards this?

Hi.

Lunchbox plug-in has "Reverse Surface Direction" component.

Thanks! That's exactly what I needed.
