algorithmic modeling for Rhino

As you see in the image I have made a rotation and traslation of a rectangle. It goes through a curve and rotates such a way that it is square to te curve at every step. It rotates from its center point with a perpendicular rotation axis too . I drop a series to make it rotate in a constantly incremented angle.

But that's the problem, when I make loft surface with the rectangles it turns weird, and no loft option fixes it. I have found that suddenly the order of the segnments changes - I have marked it as an example in the image- Thats the reason why Loft makes the conections not the way I suposed.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Here it is.
