Lost Elk / ELK2 MENU TITLE DOESN'T SHOW UP

I have loaded this elk2.gha everyway that I can think of, dragging it to the desktop, putting it and the associated dll files in the components folder/libraries but the ELK menu will not show up. It does not seem to install either. When usually dragging a plugin into the grasshopper window there is a flash as it installs and I did not see that. 

I have open and closed Rhino/Grasshopper as well several times and restarted the machine. I do not believe I have any reduced view or custom view on for the grasshopper menu.

I have attached some images that should tell the story. Seems like a great plugin and I could really use it.

I am using spybot and I am wondering if that is a problem?

Any ideas?
