Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

From what I know, grasshopper does not allow to make a loft beetween a point and a curve. (Rhino does).

Is this option coming in the near future? What alternatives or options do you propose?

You could make a very small curve at the location of the Point

The good things about using point in a loft is the possibility to make "closed lofts" they end in no-hole. This usually is solved with a revolution curve or similar, but those are more complex situations which i'd prefer to avoid in grasshopper.

If the curve is really small, rhino will see no hole.

Extrude Point

Well, yes. But if you want a doblecurved surface with defined sections by curves in-between....

attach a rhino file. Being vague will not get results :)

Here you have a simple example of what I am looking for...

You can always just add the tip into the lists.

Got it. It's a good way. I'll post something when finished.

Doesn't work in my case..
