Lofting curves

Hello,

I have some curves to loft.

There are 3 circles. When their radius increases they become 1 curve.

Is it possible to loft 1 curve with 3 other circles anywhere in grasshopper or in rhino?

I know that there is a method to use kangaroo for this. I have kangaroo installed, but I am not familiar with it, maybe you can give me a script in kangaroo to make this?

You need to think of it like this.

In maya I can only extrude mesh, for rhino some operations are not very friendly..
