Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello. I drew a closed curve (loop) and then offset it. I want to loft the two curves to create a surface between them without filling the area within the smaller curve. It works on Rhino but when I loft the two curves on grasshopper it also fills the area within the smaller curve. What should I do?

Thanks :)

Two rail sweep?

Had the same problem. If the curves are planar, "edge surface" does the trick.

This might be a display issue.

1) try the "align sections" option in the loft options (this is on by defaut in Rhion, off by default in GH)

2) try to flip the direction of one of the curves

3) if the result is still not perfect, try to align the curve seams with the Seam component
