Loft, wrong order

I am trying to connect two polylines. But they connect in a wrong manner. If i tick "align sections" some end up connected the way i want them, but others don't. I have tried shifting the order of the lines which are connected in order to produce a polyline square, but again all 4 combination produce wrong results. I could rotate them in the XZ plane but it will be very cumbersome.

The line-like curves in the list, are actually exploded surfaces. I've tried flipping the surface, before explosion, but it made no difference at all.
