Loft vertices not aligning after rotating profiles

Hi all, I am having some trouble closing this loft. I think I know the problem but not the solution.

I think what is happening is that as I rotate the profiles, the vertices end up not aligning how it wants between the last and first profile. So when I close the loft, it twists to match the vertices it thinks should match.

How can I get this to close the loft how it should?
