Try to use Rail Revolution or Network surface.

by the way, do you know how can I do the same replacing the point by a curve ?

You can do it by splitting base curve on two parts and swipe each with the line.

it's really sad the "patch Surface" rhino comand doesn't exist on grasshopper, but it's a nice solution !

It exists. But you'll get different result.
