algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi all,
Having a brain fart here... If I have a tree composed of n branches {0;0},{0;1},...{0;n} and each branch has m number of closed curves (all the branches have the curves in the same order). I want to LOFT the curves together, but not the curves on the same branch level with each other, but rather the ones that correspond in each branch (n,0),(n,1) to (n,m). I thought just plugging this into the Loft component would do it, but it always lofts the stuff on the same branch level together... Tried some grafting and path mapping stuff but haven't figured it out. I know there has to be an easy way to do this... Help?
Thanks,
--Mitch

Ah, I understood it a different way than flip matrix

Ahh, that's it. I actually have never used this component... I was trying to figure out a "manual" way to do this with lists but I didn't get it...
Thanks, --Mitch
you can do it the manual way with the path mapper and the modulo operator %.
see here for example: http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/path-mapper-help-1
