Did you try rail revolve?

yes i tried but there is no continuity an of you render it there seems to be a problem on the peak of it (black area on top) =(

You need only one part of the curves from the base to the apex and the rectangle as a rail.

If this doesn't help, you should proabably look up RailRevolve in the Rhino help. This might give you an idea how to modify your curves to suit the way RailRevolve creates surfaces.
