LOFT PROBLEM

hi to all

HOW CAN I MAKE THE LOFT BETWEEN this 2 CURVES  SECTION SO THAT the POINTS OF CURVES are aligned in the desired way? OR SO THAT THE surface OBTAINED is LEAST POSSIBLE ROTATED on itself?

Shift one of the point lists (make the numbers match) and create one new polygon

this solution is ok in the case of a single pair of curves to loft, but my problem is that I should find a more dynamic approach  such to identifying a rule that allows me to re-align the pairs of curves with the best solution. if you or anyone has any idea about it you would be a great help.
