Loft Faild: Don't know why

...I don't either.

Does anyone know why this happens?

There are no double curves being produced...everything seems fine.

Could it be because I'm fliping the Matrix? If I take the list and decide not to flip it, it works fine. When I flip the matrix, I get that error message.
never seen this before...

any ideas?

check for duplicate or close lines in the loft curves

That shouldn't be an issue, I've done pretty much the same thing previously as far as closeness goes, and I had no problems. The one thing I do notice I changed now is that I activated reparameterization on some of the buttons...I'm wondering if that could have anything to do with it?

You don't have any 'old' components in the code? Just asking because that happened to me the other day, just with a two rail sweep.
