Loft bended curves - problem

it has been a time I posted here with demand of help, But today Iam really helpful with one issue .

Thing is that I have 4 bedned curves which are sorted in shape of diamond ( or squere lets say ) I need to make a loft - between them that it woud create kind of pyramid shape,

If I do loft between curves 1 ad 2 everything works normally, if I do between 2 and 3 / which is technically the same, it doesn't work ( or it seems that surface is calculated differently ), any idea what can be wrong?
