Loft 2 poly lines

I have made a triangle with intersecting 2 equal circle and connecting these three points with poly line component and then moved the poly line(triangle) upper.but at the end I cant loft this 2 poly lines(I have put them on closed)!what is wrong with it  here ? help please!!! 

(the loft warning is insufficient points)
