algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Locating Vertices with Z Value lower than each of it's neighbouring vertices.

Hi There

I am attempting to locate the valley points in this mesh surface.

I think the best way to define these points would be to state that they have a lower z value than each neighbouring point. However i do not know how to define these in grasshopper.

What i am trying to do is find these valley vertices so as to delete their adjoining faces so that I can make columns going down to a yet unbuilt mesh below.
