List problem

Hi,

I have a set of value, some positive, some negative. 

I used dispatch to distinguish them from the others in the list, but the result is a re-arranged list. 

How do I generate two sets of list, in which one contains all the positive values at their ORIGINAL LOCATIONS (i=5&6 in this case); and one contains all negative values at their ORIGINAL LOCATIONS (i=0-4, 7-11 in this case). I tried insert list, it doesn't work properly.
