list point support problem

Hello, 

I am trying to analyse the deflection rate of different variations of a bridge shape. I record the results on deflection from the different sliders that I have set as parameters for my design and then through excel I make graphs in order to understand which parameter is more influential for the structure. 

I also have set many point supports on the edge of structure to resemble a line support. My problem is that when I am changing the values on the "deck height" slider the Karamba analysis does not work since it does not recognize some points. I dont know how to fix this so that I automatically eliminate the problematic supports, or if I have to indicate differently the points that I need as supports. 

Does anyone have any solution on this problem? I also upload the script to understand the problem better
