algorithmic modeling for Rhino
List of points on curve
Hi,
I have 4.0m straight line and a list with 25 numbers between 0 - 4.0m. I want to divide my curve according to the list of points.
I can use the "Shatter" component it works fine
Also I can use "Length evaluation" if points are converted to percentage % to the whole legth of curve.
If anyone could suggest another way this would be great to learn new functions, thanks.

Hi,
Another solution would be to reparametarize the 4m curve (set its domain: 0 to 1) and the use the "Remap" component to achieve the same thing on those 27 numbers you have ("Remap" will convert those numbers into a new list of numbers in domain 0 to 1). - Attachments:
