algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how to link the "curve" icone in GH, with actuals curves made in Rhino.

I found here this topic " Applying a pattern to a curved surface" (Posted by Yap on April 6, 2014 at 8:37am), from which I downloaded files below. You will see that there is a pattern made by curves (called in the file "CrvsToTranspose"). I tried to create my own pattern in Rhino, but I have issues to "link" it, to make it correspond with a new Crv in GH. Like that i can replace the original pattern by mine. Does someone know how to do it?

I found also that lines made in "CrvsToTranspose" are kind of located in ManageCurveCollection (with right clic on "CrvsToTranspose), maybe should I add my rhino curves in a collection? But, frankly I have no idea how to do it!

Thanks for your help!

Best regards

AKA

  1. Select your Rhino curves.
  2. Right-click your GH 'Crv' parameter (or use the existing 'CrvsToTranspose' param) and choose "Set Multiple Curves".

The 'CrvsToTranspose' in your Rhino file are hidden.  Type the Rhino command "show" to see them.

Amazing! it works! I wasn't expected this could be so simple. Thank you very much Joseph for your answer. Before posting something i will now also check the forum link that you shared.

Thanks again!
