Lines through points in point cloud, depending on the points specific values

Hey guys, 

I am trying to figure out how to draw lines through each individual point, in the point cloud, depending on the points value. In my example the numeric domain between the lowest and the highest value of every point is 3.6864e-7 To 0.000188. The idea is doing something similar to the "2d proximity" component in grasshopper.

The only difference is that I want to draw a line through them whenever a point has a closer value to the highest value of the numeric domain. The result is a higher density network towards those points that are closer to those higher values and a lower density network towards those points that have lower values.
