Linear matrix depending on a variable radius

Hi,

I am trying to create a Cabledome. This depend on lots of parameters, which I need to control in future alterations. At this point, I have a problem that I wish someone could help me.

The problem is that I want to repeat a polygon(ring tension) until the strut from an earlier parameter. When I move this parameter change the polygon with the strut.

I have tried with a linear matrix but the problem is which I get is the same polygon repeat and it is not with the correct radius (because all of them should have the same center).

I hope my explanation wasn't to hard to understand. I attached some images and the grasshopper file. I understand that the problem is in the red box.

I would be very grateful if someone can help me.
