Line from Shifted list of points on several circles

I think what I try to achieve is pretty simple : I divided several circles into points and try to create an interpolate line from circle to circle. Plus, I would like this line to shift points from one cicle to the next one, to create a kind of helix.

I could use a rotation, but I would it to work with circles withe their center not on the same axis, and with different radius.

Actually I didn't emanage to create the interpolate even without the shifting.

If someone has an idea to mak it work...

using a list of values equal in length to the number of circles to shift each set of points by one more than the one previous.
