Learning kangaroo plugin in depth for physics based models and form active structures

Hello guys can anybody guide me to a book or classes or videos where can I can learn kangaroo plugin. I want to learn kangaroo for physics modelling to model some of my paper forms. I did post some forms for guidance on this community but did not get any reply for same. So it would be best I could learn kangaroo in depth.
