Lattice Structure

Hi everyone,

Basically, I'm trying to simulate a lattice structure called hybgrid. It consists two layers, the first layer stays constant and the other layer moves. The system allows variety of curvature. I have attached a photo of my physical model and I would like to simulate it on grasshopper (please see attachment for more information). Does anyone know how to do it? or where to start with?I have been trying to do it in grasshopper, but I'm very new to grasshopper and I'm uncertain am I doing this the right way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ali,

I have been looking at this PDF handout however is slightly different to what I would like to achieve. The idea is that the top level stays constant and the bottom level changes to create the curvature. I have attached a diagram to give you an idea of what I would like to achieve and also some images of what I have tried already. Thanks again for the help!:D
