algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I am very glad to have become a member of this community. That said, here is my dilemma: I am looking to use a volume (for example, a box) and pack predefined arrangements of tangential spheres. Unlike many scripts of the similar sort, I wish to create this 'sphere' packing using pre-existing spheres that intersect at a single point only (a tangent). I would appreciate any help with regards to this questions. Thanks many!

hi, i am trying to do something similar with equal sized spheres. i want to set constraints for sphere packing.
for example, the spheres must be contained within the volume of the cylinder/ blob/ cube etc.
have you found the solution for this?
