Ladybug Comfort mannequin not working

Hi guys, I'm just following some of Chris Mackey's Ladybug tutorials on Youtube and have hit a wall which he had no issue with. The video I'm following is this one:

When he opens a comfort mannequin function it has no issues and loads a mannequin in rhino. When I open it it needs to be connected up to an ambient temperature, but when I do that the box goes red and nothing happens. Otherwise everything else is more or less the same between my work and the tutorial.Would anyone have any ideas where I've gone wrong or how to fix this?
