Karamba.gha could not be added

Hi Giovanni,

Visual Studio has a problem with references that do not have 'dll' as their extension. Try to rename 'karamba.gha' to 'karamba.dll', then add it as a reference in your Visual Studio project, rename it to 'karamba.gha', open the Visual Studio project file with a text editor and change 'karamba.dll' to 'karamba.gha'.
