Kangaroo2 Spring Error

1. Solution exception:Unable to cast object of type 'Kangaroo.NodeClass.KSpring2' to type 'Grasshopper.Kernel.Types.GH_ObjectWrapper'.

Hi All,

I get the above error when attempting to connect a spring component from kangaroo 0.99 to the kangaroo 2 solver. Is this user error or is the older spring component not compatible with the newer solver?

I'm trying to restrain the edges of a mesh whilst applying a load to the internal vertices.

Hi Rob,

Force components from versions before 2.0 are not compatible with the solver from 2.0 onwards.

Instead of springs use the length goal component from the Kangaroo 2 goals tab.
