Kangaroo update issue

Hi everyone!

I have some issues with updating my Kangaroo.

Since the new and old versions clash with each other and cause loading errors, I have been trying to remove Kangaroo completely before downloading the new one. The problem is that even though I deleted every possible .gha or .dll file, the Kangaroo tab remains on Grasshopper. (With only a few components)

Does anyone have an idea how I can remove it completely before getting the new one?

Hi Amir,

These remaining components you see are User objects, found in the user object folder. There is no need to delete these.

Installing both 0.099 and 2.02 together will not cause any conflicts.

Hello Daniel,

I just tried installing Kangaroo again, but the Kangaroo components didn't appear and all I can see is the Utility tab under Kangaroo. (the picture I attached above)

Do you maybe have an idea why this could be happening? Grasshopper failing to load Kangaroo maybe?

This is usually caused by the .gha and .dlls not all being unblocked
