Kangaroo Not Accepting A "Point Emitter"?

Hey guys,

I try to simulate a rain on a mesh, I tried to create a 'constant rain emitter' via python using the same timer as the kangaroo physics but it is only getting the points at time 0, anyone can help?

Thank you so much for the code! It is nice! However it is still not the effect that I was trying to create. I want every one point regenerates at the same location like 'reborn'. Is it possible to do that?
