Kangaroo mesh relaxation

Hello everyone, I have a beginners question.  

I'm trying to create meshes in Grasshopper and to relax them into minimal surface using the Kangaroo plug-in. I have constructed the meshes from a single box and removed all . the double faces. But the relaxation don't work.

I'm trying to get the meshes constructed in GH to look like the picture below ( in the picture the meshes were constructed in Rhino ) after the relaxation.

I'll be very happy for any kind of help.

Sorry if this question is to basic, I', trying to figure out this out all week.
