Kangaroo Curtain Pull

Hi,

This is my first time posting here. Just trying to figure some stuff out with kangaroo for a project.

I'm trying to model a simple tent form. I'm a little stuck with the entrance flap. I want to get a situation like in the image posted, but just on the left flap, almost like someone were just pulling it back with their hand. Also, with the top points of the model as being static and anchored, assuming its connected to the rest of the tent.

I've attached the files. So far I've tried using springs to pull 2 points of the mesh together but that didn't work and now for some reason my gravity situation has stopped working. I'm not sure what else to try.
