joining points in a bunch of curves (beginner)

hi, i've wondering how to make a simple union between points of a group of curves for a couple of weeks and i think i'm stuck. 

I have done a loft, make the projections of the floors and subdivided de perimeter of each floor into 32 points (as you can see in the draws). I want to connect each point like a dual direction net. I think that i have to use some math parameter to filter the points of the list that i want to join, but i just can't find the way. In theory i know that i have to join the 0 point of the first curve to the 1 of the second, and then to the 3, and son on ... and after this the opposite (the 0 to the 32, to the 31). Anyone has an idea?
