Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello, I am having problems with Isotrim and divideSurface components since I installed the build 0.8.00001. Is there a problem with the build or it's just me?

Can you show an example of the problems you are having?
Thanks for your answer.

Rigth now I am working on a basic definition and I simply can't subdivide a surface. Here's an example of the kind of problem I am having.

If I create the surface in Grasshopper the problem comes when I try divide it with DivideSurface.
If I create the surface in Rhino the problem comes when I try to subdivide it with IsoTrim.

I'm having problems downloading your file.

Here is how I would use the IsoTrim and SDivide components in GH for basic use.

With the IsoTrim component use the Divide Domain2 component to get an evenly spaced grid.
In your file, your loft is producing a BRep - that is, a polysurface - instead of a surface. Change the loft options to "rebuild" and you will get a single surface. You are also trying to connect a divide surface into an isotrim, when the proper setup is the one Danny shows in the image above, using a Divide 2D Domain to produce the domain input for the isotrim component.
