Isolating and Highlighting numerical values from tag

I am attempting to isolate a particular value out of a sub string. I have tried to use a number of different methods, particularly the list item method. This would work however the list item is pulling the number in the list as opposed to the actual number I would like to identify. I am at a loss for what component would enable me to isolate .44 out of the string and highlight them via Text tag or something of the sort.

I have been able to isolate the value through a Cset however I would still like to tag these specific values based on the points where these values occur?

Maybe List Sort component?
