Is there any easy way to get a curve from an expression without solve the equation?

For example I got an expression like"x²+y²-x*y=100",how can I get the curve without solve the equation to write the expression in the format like"x=(4*L²-3*y²)^0.5-y"then  use the evaluate component in grasshopper...

You can also get a preview with points and tolerances, but it is not very satisfying:
