algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Is there a way to change the series starting manipulating number

ive got a list of number generated by a series. but i want these number which starts at 0, to start on the 10th of the list, or a slider so that i can choose when the series starts on list. and the numbers before the series starts are all 0. Can anyone please help me on this? An image is attached for a clearer picture!

They maybe an even simpler way of doing it with some expresions but not that i know of..
