Is there a Grasshopper to Rhino Toolbar convertor?

Hi Guys,

Crazy question / moonshot - Is there a Grasshopper-to-Stand-Alone-Rhino-Toolbar Converter out there? 

A client has asked for a custom toolbar but it would be much faster for us to do it in Grasshopper than script so any guidance would help.

No it's really difficult to use Grasshopper files while circumventing the Grasshopper window. I don't think there's any plug-in that automates the loading, assigning, solving, harvesting, and baking of specific GH files.
