Is it possible to convert mesh to surface again?

Hello !

I've modeled quick mesh figure in rhino. Now I want to pattern it using Weave definition, but I'm not sure how to use my egsisting deffinition for "mesh" instead "surface". That's why I think the easiest thing to do would be transformation mesh to surface.

Is that possible?

Michael Pryor, when I connect the last element with deffinition GH stops running, gives me the alert message and turns off :/
