is a way to identify point in a closed curve

Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to identify point in a closed curve, like a circle or a triangle in vb?
I just want the points in side the curves.

i know it is eazy in grasshopper, just INSIDE and DISPATCH, but i juz wanna c how it works in side VB
