Intersection Point

Hi sir,

   I m trying to write a VB Script to find the intersection point for a Plane and Curves.

Can u plz help me with the same.

i know in Grasshopper we do have Curve/Plane (PCX) for same but i want to write a script for the same

Have enclosed the snapshot for the same.
